AmonOT Extended Agreement
Last updated: 24/06/2026These special conditions govern the provision, by AmonOT, of "VIP Time", "Amon Coins", and "Additional Services" (together, "Paid Services") in the online game "AmonOT". They add to the AmonOT Service Agreement, accepted by every user at registration.
1 - Subject
1.1. "VIP Time" unlocks, for a set period, exclusive advantages and features for the holder ("VIP Account"), unavailable to free accounts. AmonOT may add, change, or remove these advantages at any time, observing good faith and the social function of the contract. The VIP Account is for personal use and non-transferable.
1.2. "Amon Coins" are virtual currency for acquiring products and advantages in the game store. AmonOT may add, change, or remove products at any time. Depending on the conditions and payment method, Amon Coins may be transferred between accounts, always within the security standards set out here.
1.3. "Additional Services" are features aimed at managing and administering AmonOT accounts and are not transferable between accounts.
2 - Prices and Payment
2.1. Paid Services are settled in advance, and the purchase means full acceptance of these conditions. Prices appear on the official website and may be revised by AmonOT at any time, affecting only purchases made after the new prices are announced.
2.2. Except as required by law — proven technical failure or exercise of the 7-day right of withdrawal (Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code) — amounts paid are not refunded, in whole or in part.
3 - Inactivity and Termination
3.1. Accounts that are inactive or unused for 2 years will have their unused Paid Services cancelled, with no refund. AmonOT may deactivate them, with transparency and good faith.
3.2. Once VIP Time ends, the account returns to free status and loses the VIP Account benefits. The user is notified before expiry and may renew if they wish.
4 - Right of Withdrawal
4.1. The user may withdraw from this contract within 7 days of acceptance, without having to justify it, provided the corresponding service has not yet been used (Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code). The request must be sent clearly and expressly to AmonOT by email ([[email protected]]).
4.2. Once withdrawal is confirmed, the amounts received are refunded without undue delay, within a maximum of 7 calendar days, using the same payment method the user used.
5 - Account Security
5.1. Safeguarding the credentials (username and password) and responsibility for what is done on the AmonOT account rest solely with the holder. Strong passwords and periodic changes are recommended.
5.2. Sharing, assigning, or passing access data to third parties is forbidden. If a breach is suspected, the user must notify AmonOT immediately, which will take the appropriate measures to protect the system.
5.3. AmonOT is not liable for losses on accounts compromised through the user's carelessness, including the sharing or trading of accounts.
6 - Suspension and Exclusion
6.1. The user must follow the AmonOT Rules, published on the official website. A breach may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of the account, with no refund of Paid Services, under Article 421 of the Civil Code.
6.2. AmonOT may review the AmonOT Rules at any time; relevant changes affecting the user experience are announced at least 30 days in advance, by notice on the website or in the game.
6.3. Where there are signs of unauthorized software use found by the AmonOT team, and after the user has had the chance to explain, AmonOT may ban the account under item 6.1.
7 - Service Availability
7.1. AmonOT strives to keep the game and related services running stably and securely, without, however, guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, and improvements may cause temporary unavailability.
7.2. AmonOT is not liable for connection failures, user equipment, or other factors beyond its control that compromise access to AmonOT.
8 - Limitation of Liability
8.1. AmonOT is not liable for financial losses or for moral, material, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the game, including the loss of data, items, accounts, or characters, in line with Articles 927 and 944 of the Civil Code.
8.2. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from software faults, system downtime, or gameplay adjustments are excluded, preserving the platform's entertainment nature.
9 - Governing Law and Venue
9.1. These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Code. Disputes arising from this contract shall be settled before the Foro da Comarca de São Paulo/SP, with express waiver of any other venue.
10 - Final Provisions
10.1. AmonOT may change these conditions, in whole or in part, to comply with legislation, best market practices, or for its own convenience, with at least 30 days' notice on the official AmonOT website.
10.2. If any clause is held invalid by a competent authority, the others remain in force, with the affected part replaced by one of equivalent meaning.
10.3. By using AmonOT's services, the user declares that they know and accept these conditions, aware of their rights, duties, and responsibilities.
10.4. Electronic acceptance of these conditions has the same validity and legal effect as a physical signature, under current law.
