1 - Acceptance

1.1. By accessing the AmonOT website or registering an account in "AmonOT", the user agrees to these Terms and to the game policies, including the Cookie Policy and the Rules. Creating an account or downloading the client confirms that the user is at least 13 years old and, if under 18, has permission from their legal guardians.

1.2. This contract sets the conditions under which AmonOT grants access to an account to play the online RPG "AmonOT".

1.3. Anyone who disagrees must stop using the website and the game; continuing to use them amounts to accepting, even tacitly, all the conditions described here.

1.4. AmonOT may update these Terms due to a change in law, a regulatory requirement, or its own decision; the current version is available on the website, and later use means acceptance.

2 - Warranties and Disclaimers

2.1. "AmonOT" is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous or fault-free operation. AmonOT offers no warranties, express or implied, of property, conformity, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

2.2. Use of the software is at the user's own account and risk; uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free operation is not guaranteed.

2.3. AmonOT is not liable for force majeure or unforeseen events affecting the game, such as technical failures, third-party attacks (hacking, DDoS), internet outages, and similar factors.

3 - Limitation of Liability

3.1. AmonOT is not liable for lost profits, loss of data, or special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the game, including the loss of items, accounts, or characters.

3.2. Under Article 927 of the Civil Code, liability is limited to cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence; the risks of use are assumed by the user.

3.3. By electronically accepting this contract, the user acknowledges its validity and legal effect, as if it had been physically signed.
