1 - Acceptance and Subject

1.1. These Terms govern access to and use of the AmonOT website and of your account in the "AmonOT" game. By registering an account, downloading the client, or using any of our services, you fully accept this document and the other applicable policies — including the Cookie Policy and the AmonOT Rules — and declare that you are at least 13 years of age.

1.2. Through this instrument, AmonOT grants the user an account to access the online RPG "AmonOT", under the conditions set out herein.

1.3. If you disagree with any clause, you must stop using the website and the game. Continued use is understood as full agreement with all of the terms below, even if tacit.

1.4. AmonOT may revise these Terms whenever there is a change in applicable law, a regulatory requirement, or for its own convenience. The current version is always published on the website, and continuing to use the service after a revision amounts to accepting it.

2 - Minimum Age and Eligibility

2.1. MINIMUM AGE: access to "AmonOT" is reserved to people aged 13 or older. By creating an account, accessing the website, or using our services, the user affirms that they meet this requirement.

2.2. PROHIBITION FOR THOSE UNDER 13: use of "AmonOT" by anyone under 13 years of age is strictly forbidden under any pretext — such persons may neither register an account nor play.

2.3. USERS FROM 13 TO 17 YEARS: may play, subject to the following limits: (a) the roulette and other adult-content areas are blocked; (b) play time is limited to 6 hours per day, with a mandatory 2-hour break before resuming; (c) the terms must be accepted daily to enter age-restricted areas.

2.4. ADULT CONTENT (18+): some "AmonOT" features — such as the roulette system and certain adult-themed areas — are only unlocked from 18 years of age. Younger users are automatically prevented from accessing them.

2.5. COMPLIANCE: the age policy follows Brazilian legislation, in particular Law No. 15,211/2025 (Felca Law — protection of children and adolescents in digital environments), Law No. 8,069/1990 (ECA), Law No. 14,790/2023 (betting and games), and Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD).

2.6. ABOUT THE CONTENT: guardians should be aware that "AmonOT" features fantasy violence and combat themes, chat and social interaction among players, and a virtual economy with optional real-money purchases.

2.7. CHILD ACCOUNTS: where an account is identified or suspected to belong to someone under 13, it will be terminated immediately and permanently, without prior notice. Items, currency, progress, and any funds tied to it are lost, with no right to refund.

2.8. AGE VERIFICATION: AmonOT may, whenever it deems necessary, request a document proving the user's age. Failing to comply, or providing false information, may lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account, without refund.

2.9. FALSE INFORMATION: declaring a false age, at registration or later, is a serious violation and may result in: (a) immediate and permanent termination of the account; (b) loss of items, currency, and progress; (c) the applicable legal measures.

2.10. ROLE OF GUARDIANS: parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors under their care when using "AmonOT". We strongly recommend the use of parental controls and supervision of online activity. See also our Guide for Parents and Guardians.

MINDFUL USE: playing for long periods may affect physical and mental health. Take regular breaks, keep balanced habits, and seek professional help if you or someone close to you shows signs of addiction. Users under 18 have an automatic play-time limit to reduce excessive use.

3 - Warranties and Disclaimers

3.1. "AmonOT" is offered in its current state ("as is"), with no promise of continuous operation free of faults or vulnerabilities. AmonOT provides no warranties, express or implied, of title, conformity, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

3.2. Using the software is the user's own decision and risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free operation of the software, the game, or the account.

3.3. AmonOT is not liable for unforeseeable or force majeure events affecting the game, such as technical failures, external attacks (for example, hacking or DDoS), connection outages, and other situations beyond its control.

4 - Limitation of Liability

4.1. AmonOT is not liable for lost profits, loss of data, or special, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the game, including the loss of items, accounts, or characters resulting from error, system maintenance, or gameplay adjustments.

4.2. Under Article 927 of the Civil Code, AmonOT's liability is limited to cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, foreign to the nature of the service provided. The risks inherent to using the game are assumed by the user.

5 - User Duties

5.1. The user undertakes to observe the "AmonOT" Rules, published on the official website. Breaching them may lead to suspension or termination of the account, with no right to refund. Articles 421 and 422 of the Civil Code, concerning good faith and the social function of the contract, apply to this relationship.

6 - Data Protection (LGPD)

6.1. AmonOT processes personal data in accordance with the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), using it solely to provide the service and improve the "AmonOT" experience.

6.2. Under Article 43 of the LGPD, AmonOT is not liable for security incidents caused by third parties or by the user's failure to safeguard their access credentials.

6.3. DATA OF MINORS: there is no knowing collection or processing of data of children under 13. Should we become aware that this has happened, the data is deleted and the account permanently terminated (Article 14 of the LGPD and Law No. 15,211/2025). Data of adolescents (from 13 to 17 years) is processed in their best interest, and the consent of at least one guardian may be required.

7 - Dispute Resolution

7.1. AmonOT is not obliged to take part in out-of-court conciliation, mediation, or arbitration. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled before the Foro da Comarca de São Paulo/SP, with the parties waiving any other venue, however privileged.

8 - Final Provisions

8.1. Creating an account or using the website implies agreement with these Terms and with the "AmonOT" Electronic Membership Agreement.

8.2. These Terms form the entire agreement between the parties, prevailing over any prior understanding, verbal or written, regarding the game and the services offered.

8.3. AmonOT may take the applicable legal measures should the user breach these Terms.

9 - Legal Notice and Rating

9.1. "AmonOT" is an entertainment service; the user acknowledges that losses or damages arising from its use cannot be attributed to AmonOT or its operators.

9.2. The user assumes the risks inherent to the service and waives any claim for compensation against AmonOT, its representatives, or partners.

9.3. AGE RATING: "AmonOT" is intended for users over 13, with areas and features unlocked only from 18 years of age. The notice is prominently displayed at access and throughout the platform, under Article 8, V, of Law No. 15,211/2025.
